How framework-based training works

Inside the CloudAnzen app, training assignment is driven by the frameworks your organization has activated.

ISO 27001	Security Awareness
SOC 2	Trust Awareness
HIPAA	Security Awareness
NIST CSF	Cyber Awareness

Activate ISO 42001 and the AI Governance course appears on every required user's onboarding checklist. Deactivate it and the course disappears. No manual rostering.

Per-role requirements

Some roles don't need awareness training — typically AUDITOR. Per-role configuration lives at Settings → Onboarding requirements. The default is that every role except AUDITOR has Security Training required.

Who counts as "required"

A user must complete the course if:

Their organization has the framework active.

Their role has Security Training required.

The onboarding page shows only the courses applicable to that user. Users can take additional courses, but only the required ones gate their onboarding-complete status.
