Using the Risk Register

The risk register is your central repository for tracking all identified risks.

Adding a Risk

  • Navigate to Risk Management → Risk Register.
  • Click Add Risk.
  • Fill in the risk details:
  • - Title — A concise name for the risk. - Description — What could go wrong and what would be affected. - Category — Operational, Technical, Compliance, Financial, or Strategic. - Likelihood — How likely is this risk to occur (1-5 scale). - Impact — How severe would the consequences be (1-5 scale). - Owner — Who is responsible for managing this risk.
  • Click Save.
  • Risk Score

CloudAnzen calculates a risk score as Likelihood × Impact, resulting in a score from 1 to 25:

    Score RangeSeverity
    1-4Low
    5-9Medium
    10-15High
    16-25Critical

    • Board view — Kanban-style board grouped by treatment status.
