Setting Up Your Trust Center

Your Trust Center is a public-facing page where prospects and customers can view your security posture, request documents, and build trust.

Creating Your Trust Center

Navigate to Trust Center → Settings.

Click Enable Trust Center.

Customize your trust center:

- Company name and logo - Custom subdomain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com) - Brand colors to match your website - Welcome message explaining your commitment to security

What to Include

Compliance badges — Display your ISO 42001, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other certifications.
Security overview — Describe your security practices at a high level.
Sub-processors — List the third-party services you use and their roles.
FAQs — Answer common security questions from prospects.
Document library — Share whitepapers, certifications, and security summaries.

Custom Domain

To use a custom domain:

Go to Trust Center → Settings → Domain.

Enter your desired domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com).

Add the provided CNAME record to your DNS settings.

Click Verify Domain.
