Managing Audit Findings

When auditors identify findings, CloudAnzen helps you track and remediate them efficiently.

Logging Findings

  • Go to Audit → Findings.
  • Click Add Finding.
  • Enter the finding details:
  • - Title and description - Severity — Observation, Minor, Major, Critical - Related control(s) - Auditor recommendation
  • Assign an owner and set a remediation deadline.
  • Remediation Workflow

  • Acknowledged — Finding is logged and assigned.
  • In Progress — Owner is working on remediation.
  • Remediated — Fix has been implemented.
  • Verified — Auditor confirms the remediation is acceptable.
  • Closed — Finding is resolved.
  • Remediation Plans

    For each finding, create a detailed remediation plan:

    • Description of the root cause
    • Steps to remediate
    • Timeline and milestones
    • Evidence of remediation
    • Preventive measures to avoid recurrence

    Finding Trends

    Track findings across multiple audit cycles to identify patterns and systemic issues. CloudAnzen's analytics show:

    • Finding count by severity over time
    • Most common finding categories
    • Average time to remediate
    • Repeat findings across audits
