Creating Policies

CloudAnzen provides a library of policy templates that you can customize to fit your organization.

Using Policy Templates

  • Navigate to Policies → Templates.
  • Browse or search for a template (e.g., "Information Security Policy", "Acceptable Use Policy").
  • Click Use Template to create a new policy based on it.
  • Edit the content to match your organization's practices.
  • Set a review schedule (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
  • Click Save Draft.

    Creating Custom Policies

    To create a policy from scratch:

  • Go to Policies → New Policy.
  • Enter the policy title and description.
  • Write or paste your policy content using the rich text editor.
  • Assign an owner and set the review schedule.
  • Save as draft or submit for approval.
