Policy Approval Workflows

CloudAnzen supports multi-step approval workflows to ensure policies are reviewed and approved by the right people.

Setting Up a Workflow

  • Navigate to Settings → Workflows → Policies.
  • Click Create Workflow.
  • Add approval steps:
  • - Step 1: Policy owner reviews and submits. - Step 2: Compliance manager reviews. - Step 3: Executive sponsor approves.
  • Set notification preferences for each step.
  • Save the workflow.
  • Submitting a Policy for Approval

  • Open the policy you want to submit.
  • Click Submit for Approval.
  • The first approver receives a notification.
  • Each approver can approve, request changes, or reject.
  • Once all steps are complete, the policy is published.
  • Policy Versioning

    CloudAnzen automatically versions policies. Each time a policy is approved, a new version is created. You can:

    • View the full version history.
    • Compare changes between versions.
    • Revert to a previous version if needed.
