Distribute policies to team members and track acknowledgment status.

Policy Acknowledgment Tracking

Ensure all team members have read and acknowledged your policies.

Distributing Policies

  • Open a published policy.
  • Click Distribute.
  • Select the recipients (individual users, teams, or the entire organization).
  • Set a deadline for acknowledgment.
  • Click Send.
  • Recipients receive an email notification with a link to read and acknowledge the policy.

    Tracking Acknowledgments

    Navigate to Policies → Acknowledgments to see:

    • Acknowledged — Users who have completed the acknowledgment.
    • Pending — Users who haven't acknowledged yet.
    • Overdue — Users past the deadline.

    Automated Reminders

    CloudAnzen sends automatic reminders to users who haven't acknowledged a policy:

    • 3 days before the deadline
    • 1 day before the deadline
    • 1 day after the deadline (overdue notice)
    You can customize reminder frequency in Settings → Notifications.
