Inviting Team Members

Add team members to your CloudAnzen workspace so they can contribute to your compliance program.

How to Invite

  • Navigate to Settings → Team.
  • Click Invite Members.
  • Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated).
  • Select the role for all invitees (you can change individual roles later).
  • Click Send Invitations.
  • Invitees receive an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace.

    Bulk Invitations

    For larger teams:

  • Go to Settings → Team → Bulk Invite.
  • Download the CSV template.
  • Fill in email addresses and roles.
  • Upload the completed CSV.
  • Review and confirm.
  • SSO Auto-Provisioning

    If you've connected an identity provider with SCIM:

    • New users are automatically provisioned when added to the designated group in your IdP.
    • Roles can be mapped based on IdP group membership.
    • Deprovisioned users are automatically deactivated in CloudAnzen.
