Inviting Team Members

Add team members to your CloudAnzen workspace so they can contribute to your compliance program.

Navigate to Settings → Team.

Click Invite Members.

Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated).

Select the role for all invitees (you can change individual roles later).

Click Send Invitations.

Invitees receive an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace.

For larger teams:

Go to Settings → Team → Bulk Invite.

Download the CSV template.

Fill in email addresses and roles.

Upload the completed CSV.

Review and confirm.

If you've connected an identity provider with SCIM:

New users are automatically provisioned when added to the designated group in your IdP.
Roles can be mapped based on IdP group membership.
Deprovisioned users are automatically deactivated in CloudAnzen.
