Creating Tasks

  • Navigate to Tasks → New Task.
  • Fill in the task details:
  • - Title — Clear description of what needs to be done. - Description — Additional context and instructions. - Assignee — The team member responsible. - Due date — When the task should be completed. - Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Urgent. - Related items — Link to a control, risk, vendor, or policy.
  • Click Create Task.
  • Task Sources

    Tasks can be created from multiple places:

    • Controls — Assign someone to fix a failing control.
    • Evidence — Request evidence from a team member.
    • Risks — Assign risk treatment actions.
    • Policies — Assign policy review or updates.
    • Findings — Assign audit finding remediation.

    Task Dashboard

    The task dashboard shows:

    • ToDo — Tasks assigned to you.
    • Team Tasks — All tasks across your organization.
    • Overdue — Tasks past their due date.
    • Completed — Recently completed tasks.
    Filter by assignee, priority, due date, or related item.
