Sending an Assessment

Open a vendor from your inventory.

Click Send Assessment.

Choose a questionnaire template:

- Standard Security Questionnaire — General security practices. - Data Privacy Assessment — GDPR and privacy-focused questions. - SOC 2 Readiness — Questions aligned with SOC 2 criteria. - Custom — Build your own questionnaire.

Set a response deadline.

Click Send.

The vendor receives an email with a link to complete the questionnaire. No CloudAnzen account is required.

Reviewing Responses

When a vendor submits their response:

You receive a notification.

Open the assessment from Vendor Risk → Assessments.

Review each answer. CloudAnzen flags high-risk responses automatically.

Add notes or request clarification on specific answers.

Assign an overall risk rating (Low, Medium, High, Critical).

Accept or request re-assessment.

Assessment History

CloudAnzen maintains a full history of vendor assessments, so you can track how a vendor's security posture changes over time.
