Keep a centralized inventory of all third-party vendors that handle your data or support critical operations.

Adding a Vendor

  • Navigate to Vendor Risk → Vendors.
  • Click Add Vendor.
  • Enter vendor details:
  • - Name and website - Category (SaaS, Infrastructure, Professional Services, etc.) - Data access — What types of data does this vendor access? - Criticality — How critical is this vendor to your operations? (Low, Medium, High, Critical) - Contract details — Start date, renewal date, contract value. - Owner — Internal team member responsible for the vendor relationship.
  • Click Save.
  • Vendor Tiers

    CloudAnzen automatically suggests a risk tier based on the vendor's data access and criticality:

    Vendor Dashboard

    The vendor dashboard shows:

    • Total vendors by tier and category
    • Upcoming assessment due dates
    • Vendors with expiring contracts
    • Risk score distribution across vendors
